I am Svetlana, a passionate children's entertainer and I'm so happy that you are here!

 

In January 2011, after learning face painting at the Eulenspiegel Make-up Academy in Hadamar near Frankfurt, I have founded the company called "Sparkling Faces", registered and insured according to the Liechtenstein law.

 

Since 2012 I have been attending annually the Face & Body Art International Convention (FABAIC) in Florida / USA. During this amazing event with over 500 participants I had a chance to learn the world's best in the industry.

 

In 2012 I took part at the FABAIC face painting competition in the "Novice" category, and won second place.

 

In December 2013 I have attended a "Monster Face Painting" workshop, held by the face & body painting world champion Matteo Arfanotti, in Milan, Italy.

 

In 2018 I have attended the "Kidvention" in Las Vegas / USA and enjoyed learning the art of balloon twisting with internationally renowned instructors. Among other classes, I took part in workshops by Jeremy Johnston, world champion balloon twister.

 

In 2021 I have graduated from the “International Face Painting School by Olga Murasev”.

 

In 2022 I have graduated as a make-up artist from the most renowned make-up school in Switzerland "Face Design". (Gallery)

 

In 2023 I have attended the "Nozzle Up" Balloon Convention in the Netherlands.

 

Another passion of mine is photography. I continuously practice my photography skills.

Almost all pictures on my website are taken by me, many of them have already been published in the international magazines- some even on the cover. (Gallery)

 

Since July 2012 I have been offering workshops for face painting (beginners, advanced and professionals), airbrush tattoos and balloon twisting. (Gallery)

 

In March 2014 I had the pleasure of teaching at the “European Face and Body Art Event” (EFABE) in Amsterdam / NL. (Gallery)

 

In September 2016 I have been teaching face painting at the “Bay Faba Face & Body Art Festival” in San Francisco / USA.

 

In May 2022 I was an instructor at the Online Summit by Olga Murasev.(Gallery)

 

In May 2022 I had the honor of teaching at the world's largest convention FABAIC in Orlando/USA, as well as being a judge at the competition and a kid’s track sponsor. (Gallery)

Many People think that Sparkling Faces is a One-Woman-Entertainment. Today I want to introduce you my team: every one of them is a much appreciated part in our small family business.

Position 1: Logistics, Head of Department

Task: Bring packages with the orders from the online shop to the post office, so that they arrive to the customers on time.

“I love the most that the post officer always gives me chocolate or sweets.”

 

Position 2: Photographer

Task: Take pictures of mama once she has painted herself.

“I love the most that I am allowed to take mama’s big camera.”

 

Position 3: Taking care of models.

Task: During the waiting time at  photo shootings take care that models have enough

drinks and snacks.

“I love the most to paint together with girls on mama’s painting boards and create new face

painting designs on them.”

Position 1: Models Casting Director

Task: Ask friends in the school if they would love to come and get a face painting.

“I love the most to have many kids at home.”

 

Position 2: Logistics, Deputy Head of Department

Task: When Alexander stays late at school I take care of his task and bring packages to post.”

“I love the most when I may keep the change.”

 

Position 3: Tattoo Model

Task: I get the latest tattoo designs with the newest products. After I have to tell mama how long the paint held: after swimming, sport, shower etc.

Position 1:Creative Director Boys Designs

Task: develop the latest designs for boys.

“I love the most that I may watch all the new cartoons and movies for kids. After I tell mama what design are the most popular nowadays.”

 

Position 2: Model

Task: Sit still while being face painted, after smile nicely for the camera.

“I love the most… nothing. I have had enough! I want to work together with my brother in the Logistics and bring packages to the post office, but I am allowed to do it only once I am 11 years old.”

Update:

 

Ta-daaa!!! 5 years later and my team is still busy helping me! Alexander is learning to drive a car to take care of the online orders shipping, Julian is studying accounting to support me in the bookkeeping and Michel still lets me paint his face – though for a fee ;-) And my husband continues to support me with his knowledge and positive thinking.
